This gift set is a good deal! It lets you try some of their skincare products and makeup for a fraction of the cost. The creams contain fragrance, so they aren't ideal for skincare. I love the lipstick, as it is really creamy and makes my lips look fuller. I am also impressed with the mascara because it doesn't smudge or flake and makes my lashes fuller and longer.

I buy the Holiday Blockbuster every year (sometimes twice!) and wish for one for Christmas too, usually. This time I ordered it together with a foaming cleanser. When I opened the huge shipping box, the cleanser wasn't in it, only the Blockbuster… I had to contact customer service to have it sent out separately, and they said that I would receive a sample of the new scent, Glimmer. Exciting, I thought! A few days later, the cleanser arrived together with the "sample", that was a cheap magazine insert, the kind that falls out of magazines if you know what I mean. The skin care moisturizers in the Blockbuster are the same size as the eye cream! Super small this year compared to earlier versions. The eye shadows doesn't come with an applicator. I have noticed that most, if not all, of the 5 star reviews for this product are written by people that have gotten it for free for an honest review. I guess that I would be happier too, if I didn't pay for it. I still like Estee Lauder, but this time I was really disappointed.

I ordered this set thinking wow that's a good price for all this stuff. When it arrived I was beyond shocked at how awesome it really is!!! And the back it came in is gorgeous!! Seriously been thinking about all the people I should buy one for!! Do not pass this up!!!

This is a great collection of products, many full-sized. The eyeshadow colors are perfect, without any weird reds or bright pinks (or super sparkly) that nobody can wear. My only minor complaint is that these are NOT "Nude" lipstick colors. They are very dark, almost maroon in color.
Skin care
I bought this because its a great deal for the skin care. The makeup is a good bonus.
