Stopped working in 2 weeks!
Wont charge anymore and i highly dount Ulta will so anything about it! Their customer service is horrendous this last yeat or 2. They so NOT reaolvw my issues and in-store employess say ask ciatomer service. And the kicker is im actually a diamond member. Time to stop shopping here!
Product doesn't work
This mask doesnt do anything except give me an excuse to check out for 1/2 hr and do nothing. All the other reviews here don't seem authentic; posted mainly in 2024, and no names given. What a scam. Dont waste your money!

Havent had the item for more than a month and battery dies, even when you charge it.
