- Match the nail tab number to your appropriate nail bed size.
- Press the adhesive tab to your natural nail and hold down to secure.
- Gently peel off the backing, and firmly attach your press-on nails. Pro-tip: For extended wear, apply the adhesive tabs onto natural nails, nail glue on top of the adhesive tabs, then the press-on nails. This will allow for a less damaging remove process of your press-ons later and also allow for double the hold strength.

Oh my gosh, I love these! I have not attempted press ons in about 8 years. I have flat nails and they always popped off no matter what I did using nail glue. I use these to apply the toenails I love them! Literally they can last for 3 weeks or so for the most part I just peel them off before they fall off due to my own fidgeting!! I have to cut them to fit soooo if anyone in the Glamnetic world is listening, don't change the formula just make them fit pedicures!!

I used the Glamnetic tabs with the Glamnetic glue and it's the perfect combo for me! Good, strong hold, long wear, and non-damaging removal!
My go-to!
I have been using these for a year and refuse to try anything else! I tried these after I couldn't seem to get the Glamnetic glue to work and they're my favorite thing ever! The package says up to 3 days, but as I type this my nails have been on for 4 weeks. And the best part is since there isn't residue like with the glue, you can reuse the nails! The only downside is sometimes if you do not take them off carefully they can damage your nails because of how strong they are.

The glue tabs are great for a temporary manicure. If you're careful with your nails (don't use them to open anything) the tabs can keep your nails on for a week or more. I'm currently at 5 days for this current set and I think I can get them to a week with no problem. The tabs are a great option if, like me, you worry about nail glue ruining your nails.

I put my nails on 10 days ago with tabs and they are still on!! I love them. I can reuse them and they don't damage my nails at all! (I even forgot to prep properly. Only expected them to last a few days.)
