Soak a cotton pad with Buttah Rosewater Toner and gently pat it over your face, neck, and chest. Use toner after washing your face, and before using Buttah Vitamin C Serum and moisturizer. You can also skip the cotton pad and put a few drops of toner into the palms of your hands and then delicately press them into your face.

I don't think this toner did much for me. I honestly don't like the way it felt on my face. It burned a bit, and that was quite annoying. At first I thought it was from my pores. Just being open after cleansing my face. But I have tried the toner a few times without washing or scrubbing my face, and even the littlest drop still burned areas of my face.
