Not for people who have brush sensitivities...
I have other Ulta exclusive IT brushes and love them. I bought this one because it was cute. It really is a beautiful brush, even prettier in person. Unfortunately, I was allergic to the bristles. I had an immediate allergic reaction on my face including redness, itching and swelling. I've only had ...

So cute
Though this was pricey to get just bc its cute but let me tell you the glitter wand is water and it moves and flows and sparkles. Was very worth it! The bristles itself are soft and work great.
Leaking
After using it twice the liquid in the handle started leaking out. I have this brush in a different edition and love it so the brush works fine but the handle makes it unable to be used without it leaking.
Aesthetic use only
Very pretty for display but is terrible as far as quality, after one light cleaning the brush hairs start falling out and never retains its proper heart shape. Bought twice and was bummed... it is not well made as there is often glue residue around the base and on the handle. Also be careful, it can easily break on a hard floor getting sharp peices and glitter all over!
Disappointed
Cute brush but it was wobbly and broke within first use
Don't drop it
Knocked this off the counter as i was getting ready for work. I'd only used it 4 times. Shattered, spilled glitter and stars all over. Too late to return to Ulta so I contacted IT Cosmetics. Sent photos & my receipt. They say too bad, user error. Never had a makeup brush break and tho I really like IT nrushes, i wont be giving them my business
