Shake the REBIRTH Amniotic Toner to activate, and start with clean, dry skin. Saturate cotton pad with the toner and start by swabbing at the center of your face, before gently sweeping outward and covering neck and décolleté avoiding the lips and eye area. Baby Soft Skin Bottled
