For best results use PM on clean, dry skin or before SPF / makeup AM. Squeeze out a peppercorn size, dot 360° around the eye area, and glide the cooling cryo applicator to create a thin, even layer. Finish with gentle taps - no rubbing - and allow the eye serum to fully absorb to create an instant tightening effect.
This eye serum is highly active so patch test first & play nice with your routine.
Top Tips:
- SPF / Makeup application: wait for eye serum to dry down before applying SPF or starting your makeup routine
- For the ultimate cooling & de-puffing: store your eye serum in the fridge.
- For optimal lymphatic drainage: Glide the applicator from the inner corner outward along the under-eye, then up and around the brow bone.
Cleaning your cryo applicator: Remove the cap, then twist off the collar (the connector ring beneath it) to release the cryo applicator. Rinse the cryo applicator with warm water, pat dry, then reattach the applicator, collar and cap.
Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Irritation
This really irritated my skin. It burned slightly around my eyes but it made my cheeks and neck red and itchy. It was definitely this product as I tried it twice to be sure. I do not typically have sensitive skin and have never had an eye cream irritate my entire face.

I've really been enjoying the BloomEffects Dark Circle Correction Cream! The formula feels incredibly smooth and creamy, and it absorbs nicely without feeling heavy around my eyes. It didn't feel greasy or sticky. It soaks in easily and is nice underneath moisturizer. It didn't irritate my skin at all. The metal applicator tip stays kind of cold which feels nice underneath your eyes especially first thing in the morning or after a long day with tired eyes. I really enjoyed using it. The only downside is if you push too hard you can accidentally squeeze too much of the wonderful serum out so just be careful of this. I highly suggest trying it out.

I have to start by saying in my lifetime I have tried a lot of different eye creams and serums. My mother taught me a full skincare routine by the age of 16. In her words "it is easier and far cheaper to prevent, than it is to correct." she was a cosmetologist so I grew up being taught to take care of my skin, hair, and nails. I do not have any complaints about Bloomeffects Black Tulip Eye Serum, and it did work well. I would definitely purchase as a gift for friends and family. I loved the applicator tip of the product so no need to use your fingers like other eyecare products require you to do. I wasn't blown away by the results, but it did so exactly what it claimed to do and it did it well.
