Fair Skin Review

I'm a fair-skinned white woman with blonde hair and light eyes, and let me tell you… this is hands down one of the BEST blushes I have ever owned! When I was looking at the blushes in store, the sales associate kept trying to direct me toward other brands. I'm not sure if it was because this brand ...

OVERWHELMING!

I understand fully that Juvias is designed for brown to black skin, but as a light to medium white woman with pink undertones, every shade in this richly pigmented collection sadly, looks clownish. Very good product and excellent price, but NOT for White women. I am a fan of a dramatic lip, and love...

Versatile, pigmented, soft powder that's easy to blend

I started using Juvia's Place years ago when I discovered how pigmented the eyeshadows were. I was so excited when I saw these face palettes come out! I love that these offer a dynamic amount of shades that can be mixed/matched when applying. I live in a city with harsh winters and summers, making my skin tone shift throughout the year. Instead of buying separate powders, this palette will be the perfect solution!! As a disclaimer due to some of the negative reviews I saw on here, I am a fair-skinned woman and LOVE this palette. The beauty of Juvia's Place products is their strong pigment, which they most certainly advertise to customers. I think the fact that you need less when you use it is a major plus, the products last longer!!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Good Blush Palette

I don't know what's up with with the fair skinned comments saying this is too pigmented. I have a light complexion and it was fine. It blended out nicely too. It's not hard to use a fluffy brush and a light handed application when applying. I don't see what the issue is. I used the brightest pink shade from the jump and slowly built it up. It looked good! And you can't beat the price. Also the packaging is lightweight, making traveling with it ideal!

Volume 1 lovely on dark skin

I'm white with skin that ranges from fair to a deep tanned olive (Italian/Greek descent). I love a lot of products by this brand including their 2-shade powder blusher. I bought Volume 1 of this palette as a blind buy (pretty much everything I get is a blind buy, Ulta is a 9-hour drive from me). It's way too bright, even on my tanned skin - looks almost clownish. However I offered it to my black friend because I know it's a black-coated beauty brand and she reported back 10/10! Also I can quite literally see she likes it because I see her looking flushed and sunny more often lol. I guess black folks don't naturally blush (don't come at me if that's wrong) so it's a kind of cruel beauty standard, but I think these shades look lovely and natural on her face.

To all my fair/light girlies, be careful bc a little definitely goes a LONG way😭 Im a lighter hispanic and one dab of this blush is plenty. I love me a strongly pigmented blush, just means itll last a little longer!
