Step 1 (optional): Wet sponge with water and squeeze thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
Step 2: Dab foundation onto skin with fingers, then use the rounded end of the Bounce & Blur Pro Sponge to dab/bounce the formula into skin for a smooth, blurred finish.
Step 3: Use the pointed end of the sponge to apply and blend concealer to under eyes, blemishes, or dark spots.

I received this to try for an honest review. I've tried several different brands and this sponge is actually fair quality. It definitely works best damp to help keep it from absorbing any excess product and to avoid streaking, it's super easy to clean though and cleaning doesn't seem to degrade the quality of the sponge, it's still feels soft and spongy. For the price, I'd recommend keeping one in your daily quick makeup kit.

I have always preferred a make up sponge to apply and blend any sort of face product. I have tried all types of brands of make up sponge, and I think this elf sponge keeps up with some of the "higher end", more expensive versions. It did a great job of blending foundation, concealer, and cream blush. I would definitely repurchase this in the future.
