For optimal results, follow these steps on a bare nail: Apply a thin layer of Break Fix over the nail break, concentrating between the crack. Using tweezers or a toothpick, gently press the broken nail together to help the edges bond as the formula dries. Allow to dry completely. Apply a second thin coat, and a third if needed. Allow a complete drying time of approximately 3 minutes between coats.
Precautions: Keep from heat or flame.

Works well on small tears
I used this product on a small tear I had in my nail prior to painting with gel polish. I felt like it held the tear well and paired well with the polish. I'd love to see if it helps strengthen my weak nails so I didn't have to gel polish.
actually works
I've had a big break going across my thumb nail (about 1/3rd of the width of my nail)and it has been keeping my nail together and preventing it from ripping further. I have been trying to use it every time i repaint my nails underneath my nail polish (I repaint every 4 or so days), I have only had the patch fail once out of the 4 times I have used it so far but I think it might have been user error on my end (not applying enough). It's definitely a game changer for me
Not great
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like the small size for easy on the go storage. The wand is doe footed which makes it easy for precision application. It also dries fairly fast, even with multiple coats. I have thinner nails so I had high hopes as my nails always rip and snag. I work with my hands as well but nothing heavy duty. It only lasted me an hour of actual hand use which was pretty disappointing. It doesn't have a very strong hold. I wouldn't use again or recommend
Saved my cracked nails
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I didn't realize how much I'd use this until I started having my nails grow. I've always had problems with nail strength so once they get to a certain length they crack or snag so this came in handy for those times. The formula is easy to apply, goes on clear, dries quickly and adds a layer of protection without feeling thick or bulky before adding nail polish. This is a product you don't think about needing until you do and it works great. Definitely worth keeping around if you're prone to nail breaks
