works very well, but burns
this sometimes burns when i use it, maybe due to the peppermint. But it works…very well. i breakout often due to a hormonal disorder, and i use this once or twice a day, but don't use the "quarter-sized" amount they suggest because of the burning sensation. I prefer the green cleanser Rosen makes, but that also has its own issues, so i might use both interchangeably. Both have a simple list of ingredients, which is my preference. despite their cons, i would reccomend this product or their other cleanser AS LONG AS you don't have known sensitivity to some of the botanicals they include.
Bestest favorite most underrated
If you have adult acne (pcos especially), congestion, rosacia, redness, oily, irritated skin you should try this. It smells like peppermint. It has a very different texture than other cleansers and feels kinda like a creamy paste (not sticky or stiff) so it'snot a bubbly soapy kind of cleanser. It's packed with zinc and reminds me so much of the LP cica Baume cream. It REALLLLY calms skin down and stops acne in its tracks to a fast, shocking degree. It seems to heal and repair while preventing acne and makes a huge difference. I am a regular user and buyer and pray they never stop making this.
I will be buying this product for the foreseeable future
Never written a review for any skincare product but I feel like this literally does clear my acne quickly; even stubborn acne I get in the same spots (painful, red, probably stress acne) it seems to greatly reduce even in just 1 or 2 washes. I like how it foams and how it smells minty even though all the ingredients are natural which just makes it even better. 100/10
