Received expired product

It isn't marketed directly as such because it has non-US/FDA approved filters, but this is essentially a lip SPF. Has potential but I unfortunately got a product that has been expired for months so concern with overall product quality. Not to mention the biggest issue of all - Ulta customer service has been exceedingly difficult to deal with on this.
