It took three weeks to arrive, really? Summer is over, doesn't matter how good the product it. Beware of ordering products from the Marketplace.
Ulta kept my money but never sent this product
I ordered this SPF oil during 21 Days of Beauty and was looking forward to trying it. My order never arrived. In fact, tracking shows the vendor never sent it AT ALL. I paid Ulta my money but no item was ever sent. I contacted Ulta and said I wanted the product but Ulta said the product is not available. Ulta knew that my order was not fulfilled but kept my money nonetheless, and kept my money until I spent more timr to contact them. Since Ulta went to "UB Marketplace" shipping, meaning directly from the vendor, I've had significant issues receiving and returning items. Be aware that any "UB Marketplace" orders have a different return policy. Ulta does not honor its own return policy for products fulfilled with UB Marketplace, even thoigh you ordered and paid Ulta.
