My new everyday liner
It is a real struggle to find a liquid eyeliner that doesn't irritate and actually stays in place! I recently bought this and have been loving the application but today was the real test when I had a good cry and it did not budge. Works great for 40+

Smudges and smears within hours, leaves black marks all over the eyelids. Waste of money

It's not my favorite but it's not a bad eyeliner. It's a lot better than some of the liquid liners that have raving reviews and favorites. I like this way better than stila's liquid that always makes top ten list. Only con for me is it doesn't glide as smoothly as I would like.
