Missing item in travel set
I purchased this for travel and was out of town when I noticed the conditioner was missing! I called customer service to get a refund and they said I couldn't since it was purchased from the store but there were no Ulta's near me at the time. It was a major inconvenience and poor customer service! It's not my fault that something was missing from the set, but I was treated like it was.

I was introduced to these products by my hairdresser the last few times I had my hair colored.I had to ask her what product she was using on my hair because it made my hair soft silky and manageable and found out it also preserves the color for longer.I wanted to try the travel sizes first to make sure it was something I wanted to eventually purchase in the larger size and I love it so I will be getting the large size soon.

Love the shampoo and conditioner gave only a 3 star due to the additional item for extra comdtiim to harsh left hair dry followed instructions an shampoo and conditioner conditioner are fine but would not Reccemd the 3rd item in the box.
