Purchased both the Cool Neutrals and New Mod during the 21 days of beauty event. As noted by some reviewers the mattes can be patchy and difficult to blend. They are highly pigmented. Not really worth it for the price
I was quite disapoointed in this palette. When it first arrived and I opened it in naural light I thoight it was so gorgeous. However, I noticed thay it either smelled old or like cheap eyeshadow—you know that chemically smell?? It swatches beautifully. But my first application waa auch a letdown. I really wanted the metallic shimmers to pop more. Even half off it was not worth what I paid. Will keep playing with it but possibly returning.

You need good brushes, time and patience. You are not going to be out the door in minutes with these palettes. The other issue is the colors wear different than they appear. For example, Thunder appears a beautiful blue, but has strong green undertones. A lot of the colors are just not flattering on me. In the cool palette superior and burst are mustard yellow. How is that "cool". Onyx is black-blue. I'm on the fence as to whether I want to keep them and running out of time due to the 30-day return policy.
Sigma for the win!
This Sigma cool neutrals palette is very pigmented and lasts all day! The case comes with a built in mirror and a protective cover film for traveling. The combinations are endless. The dual end eye blender brush and sponge tip applicator, allows for blending and precision application. This is my favorite eye shadow pallette!

Then I saw that it was part of Ulta's 21 Days of Deals and got it half off! I couldn't be happier! My favorite thing is that the shades are perfectly paired up: a matte and a cooresponding shimmer. I don't know about you, but I get overwhelmed by palettles with 20 similar shades, like, what do I do with all of these? This takes ALL of the guess work out of a beautiful eyeshadow look. And it comes with a high quality brush too. Even at it's regular price, this palette would still be a great value.
