Shake the bottle well before each use to combine the 2 phases into 1 solution. Moisten a cotton pad, then gently sweep over eyelids and lashes to dissolve makeup. If needed, press and hold over closed eyes for a few seconds. Use another cotton pad for lips and the rest of the face.

I am SUPER picky when it comes to makeup removing products, you name it I've tried it, and I can confidently say this is one of the best! You don't need much, just lightly dampen a cotton round and let this product work its magic. It dissolves makeup in seconds without any burning/stinging or blurred vision, and there's zero fragrance which is essential to me. They knocked it out of the park with this product. Absolutely love!

I really enjoy using this makeup remover as the first step in my evening routine. I shake the bottle, apply a small amount to a cotton pad, and gently hold it over my eyes and lips before wiping. It removes mascara, eyeliner, and long-lasting lipstick quickly without excessive rubbing. The formula feels soft and comfortable, does not sting my eyes, and does not leave the delicate skin around them feeling dry or tight. It also has a light, luxurious texture and beautiful packaging. The Chanel gentle makeup remover for eyes and lips is really nice! It is really gentle especially for the eyes and didn't cause any irritation or burning which I love, because I have sensitive eyes. It worked great at removing my mascara and easily was able to wipe of the residue with a cloth and some water. I love the consistency and texture of the remover, it isn't like others I have tried. It is more like a milky consistency and texture and feels nice. Really great product to remove eye makeup and hard to remove lip products!
