Perfect 2in1 if you know how to apply
I love the colors I got: Coffee, Glossedover, and Keepnit Pink. Start by applying the color to your lip line, then swipe it further away until your whole lip is covered. This gives you a thick, lined lip with a blended lighter center. If you want a stark bright lip line and the majority of your lip to be the balm color, swipe the balm color, flip, and fill the rest of your lip with the balm edge. No lip can fill in one swipe, but these application methods give you two nice lip options.
A nice surprise
Ulta messed up my order and sent me this by accident 😩 lol but I gave it a try and it's actually cute! Super quick and easy neutral balm with liner. This mauvey shade is really pretty. Ideal for quick touchups at work or after dinner. Not transfer proof but it's very balmy and hydrating so that is to be expected
In theory it works
but in practical use its two colors on one stick that morphes into the color of the liner on your lips so you really get one color in the end. If it was wider then yes your entire lip could be colored by the balm side and the liner side stays lining but because it's so small you have to swipe your lips with the entire thing to get color thus it turns into one color. cool concept, needs a better design.
Highly Disappointed
I was so excited to try this product. The concept is great, but the product is not. It lines the lips, but the "balm" part is nowhere near wide enough to cover the lips. I am disappointed in this product.
Great in theory but Poor in practice
The concept of a 2-in-1 liner and lip shade is nice but it has no staying power at all. The more you use it the more it gets uneven so it's difficult to apply the liner when it's more "shaved" down compared to the lip shade side to fill in your lips or vice versa. Nice colors but not worth the price or time.
