Begin at the inner corner of the eye along the lash line and work outwards. Position brush tip close to the lash roots and in a gentle, fluid movement apply color along the natural curve of your lash line.

Definitely love this product! This was the first liquid eye liner I ever tried, Its so easy to use! I'm just a bit disappointed to see that elf is beginning to raise up the prices on their essentials products.

This sounds like a review from someone who has put this eyeliner through every possible life stage and stress test 😂 The strongest part is that you're not just saying it's good. You've used it for over a decade, through college, retail shifts, nights out, bachelorette parties, office work, and even the steam from canning apples. And after trying designer eyeliners, you still prefer this one. Here's a cleaned-up version that keeps your conversational, enthusiastic tone: The applicator took some getting used to, but this is the only black eyeliner I've bought for 10+ years. It's been with me through college, retail shifts, my whole clubbing phase, bachelorette parties, my now-office job, and even all the steam from canning apples. 😂 This stuff does NOT move and lasts all day. I've tried designer eyeliners, and honestly? This one is so much better. 🖤
Best eyeliner ever
This is the ONLY liquid eyeliner I have ever used (for over 10 years) and it has withstood the test of time! I get endless conpliments on my eyeliner wings everywhere I go. It lasts all day and night. It is so easy to use. It is always pigmented. It is a phenomenal price point. Can't say enough good things.

It's been a favorite but…
I have used this liner religiously for years! You csnt beat the price and it's super pigmented. However I noticed they may have changed the formula? I thought maybe it was a batch I bought but Im seeing similar comments. Say it ain't so!!!
Best liquid liner!
I've used many liquid liners, from high end to drug store but this is the best one. I use an eyelid primer and this liner. It stays on all day with no smudging. The color is very pigmented and the application is better to manuever than others I've used. Also the price, can't beat it.
