Step 1: Apply a quarter-sized amount of Food For Soft Shampoo to wet hair. Lather and rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: Follow with the Food For Soft Conditioner. Distribute evenly through hair and rinse.
Step 3: After shampooing and conditioning, apply several drops of the Multi-Use Oil Serum to wet or dry hair. Do not rinse. Use more product for higher-porosity hair.

So far, so good!
This is a good sample set to test the products. Initially, the shampoo doesn't feel good when it's on my hair—it feels hard. But once I rinse and use the conditioner, my hair returns to a soft texture and it detangles pretty good. I really like the oil because it's not too heavy and it eliminates frizzing, and the size of the oil is a good deal in the set. Overall, my hair looks and feels great after using them so I will continue to use these three products together, and I recommend them.
