- Push back cuticles and cleanse nails with a lint-free wipe and alcohol or acetone to remove surface oils.
- Apply one thin coat of ORLY Bonder Rubberized Basecoat and allow to dry.
- Optional: Apply 2 coats of your preferred ORLY Nail Lacquer and allow to dry.

No Glow
Mine didn't glow. Nice color though.

This has to be the coolest nail polish I've ever owned!! The periwinkle glittery color is beautiful but at night in the dark it glows a beautiful blue hue. It really does feel magical! I will say, one coat by itself has kind of a gritty sandy texture so a 2nd coat or a top clear coat is best. It takes a day or 2 of being in the light to really charge up well. This is my FAVORITE new nail polish!!!
This polish does not glow at all
I purchased both Expecto Patronum! and Luminos. Luminos Glows in the dark great. Patron doesn't blow at all. It is a really pretty color, but I needed a glow in the dark. I am contacting Orly to see if this is a defective batch and if I can get a replacement
Insanely thick
This polish is so insanely thick that I had to thin it before using it. There is no way to apply it without thinning it. It's like it was stored for a long time and finally released and sold. Plus side sure, it does glow and it's pretty.
So underwhelming
Takes hours to dry, chips off easily and is a LOT of work for maybe a night or two of true "glow in the dark" reward. Not worth the $
