Let me start off by saying I have extremely short lashes. Most mascaras just do not work for me. Until i found this one! If you are looking for unbelievable length and a clean, fluttery lift without clumping, you need to try this mascara! ​What truly sets this product apart is the innovative dual sided wand. One side is a fluffy bristle that coats every single lash in a light, soft layer that gives you length while keeping them looking beautifully soft, defined, and feathery. The plastic/hard side instantly helps take the lashes from root to tip to lift, fan out, and lock in curl from corner to corner. The two sides work together to help create insane length without ever weighing your lashes down or being clumsy! ​Since its a tubing mascara, the formula wraps around each lash without smudging or flaking throughout the day. Removal is also painless and seamless. You just need warm water and gently rub until the tubes slide off! Plus the ingredients like hyaluronic acid, shea butter and vitamin B5 leave my natural lashes feeling soft and healthy. Highly recommend for anyone wanting long, weightless, fluttery lashes!! To preface this review, I'm not an avid mascara connoisseur - my biggest demand for such a product is that it not leave me with raccoon eyes mid day! Beyond that I'm looking for something more natural, not thick or spidery. I've recently switched to tubing mascara, so I was excited to try Florence by Mills High Note Length and Lift Tubing Mascara when I received it in exchange for my honest review as part of an educational promotion. And honestly, it's AMAZING!!! I think the first thing that stands out is the wand. One half has a more traditional brush, whereas the other side has short little spikes. I honestly can't remember the last time I even attempted mascara on my lower lashes, but those little spikes were absolutely perfect for coating and separating them and the brush was stellar for feathering my upper lashes. I had no clumping, flaking or fall out; no inadvertent eye poking or mascara on the lid as a result of various angles of approach. The best part is that it wore amazingly well with no smudging (even the lower lashes!) or flaking. My normal makeup removing face wash took it off without any extra effort. As long as you're looking for a more natural lash look, you will absolutely love this. The only ones I would steer away are those who prefer really thick mascara for a very impactful look - this probably isn't the product for you. The very first time I used High Note it almost felt too thin - it still held up amazingly well, but I've since noticed as more air is introduced into the tube with more use it has thickened slightly to what I would consider a more thin to normal viscosity.

This mascara was truly innovative and unlike any other i've ever tried! The brush is so cool because the two different sides are able to give your lashes two completely different effects and results! I love that this mascara is able to add volume and length, that's almost unheard of! My lashes look significantly fuller AND my lashes look significantly longer. I'm so impressed with this mascara and it makes me want to try more Florence by Mills products! I definitely recommend this product to others!

This is a great new mascara option from Florence by Mills. The mascara itself is a nice matte black color, and the tubing formula does a good job separating lashes. This is in part due to the wand design, which I found did well at applying mascara across my lashes and providing good lift and separation. I also found it easy to remove with warm water, which allowed it to flake off without smearing. That said it is a tiny bit flaky in general - it won't give you raccoon eyes, but you might get some tiny flakes to brush away. Overall this is a good mid-range mascara option, and I love the lash definition it provides. I wish it flaked a little less.
