Press patch into pimple for 5 seconds.
Leave on overnight (or 2+ hours for the microdarts to dissolve).

im a huge fan of statface and exclusively use their pimple patches. I loved the idea of microdaets going deeper into the pores to help but these are an actual joke. they will ONLY stick to flat areas of the face. I bought these back in July since I always seem to break out whenever I go to the DR to see family. Lifesavers, geuinely!
