Remove the liner by gently stretching the tape to tear along the perforation at the tab split. Apply the tape to lips starting from one side and gently pressing across. Lips must be clean, dry, hair-free and closed. Breathe through your nose normally. Use the mouth-breathing vent as needed.

Easier breathing
Breathing can be difficult in Colorado and im excited to try these to help me breathe better at night while sleeping as sometimes I can breathe through my mouth instead of my nose. I think these are going to work and help out when needed!
Surprise surprise surprise!
This was surprisingly nice. The mouth hole provided adequate room for drinking water. My girl usually wakes 3-4 times per. Might. Using this, she awoke only once. They are easy to apply and reasonably priced.
