PREPARATION: 1. Prior to application, find the correct size for each nail. Align the nail tabs facing your cuticles and check sides for proper fit. 2. If you are in between sizes, go smaller, not larger. 3. Wash hands with soap and water and dry thoroughly. 4. Use the included cuticle stick to gently push back excess skin. 5. Wipe nails with the enclosed prep pad to clean nails for better adhesion. You can use rubbing alcohol in place of or in addition to prep pad. APPLICATION: 1. Peel the backing from the nail and gently press onto your natural nail, center, and sides at the same time. 2. Hold for 30 seconds. Repeat for each nail. (Press on thumbnails last.) 3. Wait at least one hour to wet hands or file nails if desired. REMOVAL: 1. Do not force or pull nails off. 2. Soak your nails in warm water with soap or oil. 3. Once the water is no longer warm, gently peel the nails off from the side and use cuticle stick to help lift off if needed. 4. If you need more assistance, soak in acetone, or use Kiss Glue OFF. 5. Wipe off nails and adhesive.

I have been using these nails for awhile now and I love them. I have found the shorter ones to last longer.
THEY STAY ON FOR SO LONG
The best and easiest toe nails ever u just warm up the glue on rhe back by rubbing it and stuck them on after prep. I genuinely have to rip them off when i wanna take rhem off they are so strong!!
