The Ultimate Fanned-Out Effect:
After applying mascara, use the tip of the brush to push and lift:
Inner corner lashes towards the bridge of the nose.
Center lashes towards the middle of your brow.
Outer corner lashes towards your hairline.
For a Lash Lifting Effect:
Apply the mascara, holding the wand horizontally, from root to tip evenly all over the lashes. Then hold the wand vertically and using just the tip, apply generous layers of mascara to the outer corner lashes only to create a wispy, half-lash effect that lifts the eye.

I'm really impressed with this mascara! It wears all day with no flaking or smudging. The wand is great at separating lashes for good coverage. Even though it's waterproof it is easy to remove. I would use this mascara again and recommend it to anyone looking for new waterproof mascara that doesn't clump. It was easy to use and it definitely left my lash looking longer or ever. I wish that that was all different because he didn't mean my lash look full compared to other mascara that I've tried. There was no bleeding I did experience to let the company in, but that might be user error.
