I love it but I hate it
I like the product and i feel like it last awhile on my lips. It makes them feel moisturized while the product is on my lips, it doesnt dry them out once its worn off but it doesnt seem to be improving my lips, just hydrates them while its on. Applicator tip pops off
I used to love this product and have bought it 5 times. I just purchased it again as I ran out and when I opened the package I realized that they had changed the packaging. I went to open the container and when I pulled the applicator out the tip was not attached and floated to the bottom of the tube and is impossible to get it out. So incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Really hope someone im customer service will make this right.
love the product, hate the packaging
I've loved everything I've tried from Byoma, and this product is no exception. But the packaging is a mess. I noticed a few other people mention the same thing. It leaks all the time. even if I keep it upright, it still seems to find a way to seep out. I clean it off every day, usually twice. Everything else is great: formula is super moisturizing, the oil is nice and thick, but doesn't feel too thick. it has a fragrance, but it isn't super strong. and I haven't noticed any adverse reactions to it myself.
Honest review
Coming from someone who absolutely swears by BYOMA products i was a little disappointed with this packaging. The bottle leaks if its on its side. Even if you havent taken it out of the box yet. The shine & thickness of the product is Top Tier but i can only apply it at home because itll spill out in my purse or pocket.
Applicator tips keep popping off
The tio of the applicator pops off when trying to get it out. I returned it and tried a new one and that one also popped off
Good but messy
I think it's very moisturizing. I'm glad the wand hasn't broken on but the product leaks out of the tube so I have to keep it in a mini ziploc.
