Scoop a pea sized amount onto dry skin and gently massage in circular motions. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and rinse thoroughly. Follow with preferred second cleanser.

It's not it bro
So I've been on the hunt for a cleansing balm that is microplastics free, and this is one that came up so I decided to try it. Um, it's really really thick. NOT fragrance free, doesnt remove makeup
it definitely has a smell and it is not pleasant, just skids across the skin and doesn't emulsify when you add water
The smell
The smell is horrendous. I will not purchase again
Not worth it
This balm does not spread well and causes too much tugging on the face especially the eyes. You have to use a ton of product and it still does not remove any of my makeup very well. Love a lot of their products but not this one. I'm giving two stars just because it didnt ireitate my skin or break me out.
Do NOT BUY
I'm surpised that this product has good reviews. Like others have mentioned, it does NOT remove makeup- ESPECIALLY NOT WATERPROOF MAKEUP! I tried it with all of my usual waterproof makeup, and I had to SCRUB really hard 3-4 times with re-applying the product, using WAY more than a pea-sized amount. I know I have sensitive skin and eyes, and I've been searching for one that doesn't make my eyes burn, this one made my eyes burn and I'll be continuing my search for a better makeup remover.
Hard pass
I love all the Byoma products I've used so far, but this one is just bad- I'm shocked it has any positive reviews. I've been using it for a few months now, hoping it would grow on me, but no. It's very oily and repels water even after it's emulsified and turned milky. Just feels like you rubbed vaseline on your face. And it doesnt remove makup AT ALL. I dont even where waterproof products. Plain water removes my makeup better than this stuff. It barely makes makeup budge - it takes 2-3 times for me to get any of it off and it ends up just making makeup smear and stick to my face. And your face feels so gross after using it, so you have to use another cleanser to get the gross vaseline feeling off. The only MAYBE good thing i can say is that it doesnt dehydrate my face like other cleasners - if you can even truly call this a cleanser. Don't waste hour money, y'all.
