I love Kitsch products. I gave this 2-stars because the bottle design is awful! The Coconut Oil shampoo and conditioner bars have been fantastic for my coarse/curly/color-treated hair. I was excited to try their liquid versions and being able to turn the bottle upside down to get as much product out as possible is ingenious. BUT, THE OPENING IS TOO SMALL to get it out and the bottle is too thick/stiff to squeeze! I simply to not have the grip strength to deal with it. I couldn't even repurpose a cap from a different product's empty bottle because this one doesn't have a standard "threaded" neck to interchange caps. I thought a different cap with a much larger opening would dispense the product more easily, but that idea was a no-go. Stick to the bars if you want convenience and easy use.

The Coconut Oil shampoo and conditioner are a great pair. I saw a different after just my first use. I struggled to find the right shampoo and conditioner as I have dry, thick, curly hair but I am loving this pair from /kit•sch/

Love the Conditioner - Hate the bottle

I love this conditioner, leaves my hair soft and manageable - the problem is with the bottle. First of all this bottle is basically a rectangle and when you are in the shower with wet hands this bottle is a nightmare to squeeze. I leave the bottle upside down in my shower, which helps, but the conditioner is so thick and the slit it needs to squeeze through is so narrow it is nearly impossible to get it out. My daughter has up take the top off the bottle and she put the conditioner in a silicone travel bottle so she can actually squeeze it out.

Not seeing the improvement I was expecting from this product. The shampoo smells amazing. This is just ok in my opinion
