I was really excited for this cleanser to release, I've used it only few times and I can't really tell if it's calming my skin/redness down at all, I also can't tell if it's truly hydrating enough, my dry flakes come back within few seconds or so, I have dry sensitive skin. Good for broken barrier, eczema, tret etc.
I feel like the reviews for this could be higher. Definitely not a cleanser for everyone but if you are very sensitive from eczema or prescription topicals like clindamyacin and tret (like me) you might like this. A little weird at first since it does not foam at all, you might be tempted to use more product but you don't need a lot. I use it when feeling very sensitive but it's not a product I would use long term as I'm oily and this doesn't clear my congestion as effectively as others that are too drying. I think it's hard to have it both ways so I save this for sensitivity emergrencies instead of an everyday thing. I switched to the Avene cleanser for normal skin and I really like it so far. It's not drying but my congestion is improved and it does not trigger my redness as much as most cleansers. I think this would be excellent for chronically dry skin or rosacea.
Definitely grew on me
At first I wasnt fond of this cleanser because I wasnt used to a cleanser that didnt have suds. However, after using this I learned that sudsy cleansers strip my skin too much and my skin does better with sensitive cleansers. This cleanser ended up working great and a I feel like it truly helped with skin. Bonus, you get so much product with this cleanser.

Probably good for a different skin type
My skin feels thirsty after use. I have a hard time getting it rinsed off at the bathroom counter - shower use is a little better. Irritates my skin until I was it off. Still searching for a low frangrance / fragrance free cleanser to support my skin barrier and remove the day. Ulta return policy makes it easy to try items; even though I feel bad returning,
