In 'how to use' it is recommended that you shake the bottle. My brand new bottle contains such thick product that it doesn't move at all when I shake it and I have to scrap the side of the bottle to get anything on the applicator. Is this normal or could I have gotten a defective item? Thanks.

I'm 65 years old and there are a couple Perricone products I've used for years. Terrible experience with customer service. Shipped to wrong country so I am out unless the product is returned. Sadly forced to make different choices going forward.

It is simple yet complete. Just swipe a little over your eyelids and they look even and wide eyed. I don't have big eyelids but I love how it evens your lids out so each eye matches. I guess you could still put eyeshadow on over it, but I find it's perfect just with this no-make eyeshadow. Try it! I don't think you will be disappointed.

As an older woman, I struggle with many eye shadows because my eyelids have become thin with some droop. Once I discovered this eyeshadow, I use it pretty much exclusively, in various shades. It goes on easily, and is nicely subtle.

This is a lovely eye shadow primer/base. And very nice to use on a no-makeup day. Shade 2 is a better match for my skin, but this will be good for the summer when I have more color.
