Strong retinol for sensitive skin
I was using this nightly, and after about four days, I started to get irritation. I realize that the retinol must be rather strong, so perhaps if you build up to it by only using it a couple days a week and increasing, it might be OK. I haven't used it in over a week and I still have irritation that has calmed down. I'll go back to my Avene retrinal eye cream and build up a tolerance before trying this again.
It works!
I am almost 40. I was looking into a lower bleph but now thanks to this product, I am not considering it anymore. It helped with dark circles, hollowness, and fine lines. I hope this stays stocked!
Irritation
After using this for 8 days, I noticed my eye area is irritated. I would notices slight stinging when i would apply the product day and night but ignored it because it would go away after a couple of minutes. But I continue, now my eyes are swollen and irritated.
Effective product packed in an interesting container.
The five star rating is solely based on actual product performance. My undereye skin texture visibly improved in two weeks of consistent nightly use and about a week and a half of both morning and night applications. Using a very tiny rice-grain size lightly applied all along my orbital bone using my ring fingers starting from inner corner in a light tapping motion outward, this efficient yet gentle eye cream improved my undereye texture with visibly reduced wrinkles and crepiness packaged inside an interesting container/product delivery system that drew my eye while also posing an initial challenge at first use. Don't let the curious container deter you as it definitely contributes to the products longevity and prevents waste as the plunger required a slight twist to unlock before use. After seeing improvements in my undereyes with just the night-time use, I started incorporating it in my morning routine plus applying a thin layer on deep forehead and smile lines on the sides of my nose and mouth before moisturizer/day cream. With the more frequent and increased used, I may need to repurchase soon.
