• Cleanse and dry the face.
• Use the enclosed tongs to place a patch on your nose. Ensure the patch adheres smoothly to your skin by patting the strip from the middle to the edge.
• Remove and discard the patch after 15 minutes.
• Rinse the area with warm water.
