For sunscreen use:
- Apply generously and evenly 15 minutes before sun exposure
- Reapply at least every 2 hours
- Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating

- Wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses
- Children under 6 months of age: Ask a doctor

This moisturizer is really effective on the skin however it makes my skin feel wet, if that makes sense. I do my best rubbing it into my skin but after it just feels like it's laying on top of my skin, not going into my skin. But that's not to say it doesn't work! The durability is really good.
