There's nothing good to say about this eyeliner.
It looks bright blue in the container, but it's translucent and has gray specks in it, so it looks dull gray on your eyelids. It looked so bad that I immediately tried to remove it. Makeup remover didn't work and neither did my fail proof concoction of jojoba, castor, vitamin e oils. I had no choice but to use soap! Even after that it didn't come completely off. This shouldn't be called waterproof; it should be called permanent. And it's just plain ugly.
