The stamp side dryer dries out pretty quickly, in about two weeks, while the liner side is fantastic. I like to use the liner side to dab a tiny spot on something plastic, then stamp the stamp side into it and use it on my eyelids. It works wonderfully! For the price, it's definitely worth it.
