Start with Rice Water Bright Vegan Light Facial Cleansing Oil: Dispense a quarter-sized amount into your palm, then rub hands together to spread evenly. Massage hands gently onto dry face until makeup melts, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Follow with Rice Water Bright Vegan Foaming Cleanser: Dispense into hands and lather with water until it forms a rich, whipped foam. Gently massage onto your face, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry.
