- Apply product onto wet skin and gently massage over problem areas.
- Rinse and follow with moisturizer.
- Use once or twice a week as tolerated.

- Swipe pad over clean, dry skin daily.
- Begin using the day after shaving or waxing.
- Dispose in trash after use. Use only as directed

I have a ton of ingrown hairs, so I was using these to see if they would prevent them. I haven't seen a huge difference, I still get the bumps. But I also haven't been using these for that long.
