The shampoo and conditioner dried out my hair. They must not be compatible with my hair type. I contacted the company several weeks ago for a refund and haven't heard back from anyone. I sure wish they would contact me. On a positive note, I love their skincare line very much and use their products daily, but the hair care products don't work for me.
