Shake well before use. Apply morning and night as needed onto clean skin of the torso, chest, feet, legs, or arms. Using one full pump (1.2 ml or ¼ teaspoon) will provide approximately 10mg of Magnesium and 26mg of Chloride.

I find the magnesium oil dry my skin out significantly. And if I put it on after shower and before bed, I find it difficult to turn over while in bed - I guess you could call it sticky.

I got this product to use on my legs at night when they get "active" and won't stop with the RLS and creepy crawly feelings that won't let me get any rest! Love that it does seem to give some relief actually but I hate that it leaves this nasty feeling on my hands that I then have to got wash off instead of being able to just sit and relax immediately after. This would be amazing in a big roller ball container. That way it doesn't have to get all over my hands.
