Shake well before using. Start at the inner corner of your lid along the upper lash line and draw a line to the outer corner, following the natural curve of your eye. Let dry. For a more dramatic effect, extend the line beyond the outer corner of your lid with an upward flick. Remove with an oil-based eye makeup remover.
