- Shake well, then shake to dispense onto your hands or a cotton pad.
- Gently tap toner into your face and neck (no need to rinse).
- Follow with Thirst Burst Drops and your fave moisturizer.

Leaves my dry winter skin feeling soft
E.l.f's thirst burst pore-fecting toner works so nicely on my dry skin, leaving it smooth and hydrated. The bottle is cute but I did find the lid to just be meh. I would prefer another type of lid for a toner. I also wish this was scented as I prefer scented skincare - this still gets the job done...

[I was gifted this product in exchange for my honest review] first I was surprised by the texture, but in a good way, it was slightly jaw like and I felt like it helped keep moisture on my face better. it does leave my face dewy afterwards, which I like. I prefer to use it in the morning so I looked more refresh and I can tell it's making a difference in my pores. I do have oily combination skin and it does a good job of stripping my face of excess oil with hot drying it out
