- Use AM or PM after cleansing.
- Shake well, then shake to dispense onto your hands or a cotton pad.
- Gently tap toner into your face and neck (no need to rinse).
- Follow with Thirst Burst Drops and your fave moisturizer.
- Finish off with SPF if wearing during the day.

I've been using this product and I've noticed these things: First, my skin texture feels and looks noticeably smoother. For hydration, I really like that my skin feels hydrated without feeling stripped. And also, my skin feels more balanced throughout the day, and not as oily.

I've really been enjoying this toner so far! It feels lightweight and refreshing and my skin doesn't feel stripped or tight after using it. The combination of 2% BHA and hydrating hibiscus complex helps keep my pores cleaner while keeping my skin hydrated. It absorbs quickly and layers well with my other skin care products.
