Strong Smell
Strong Smell, and no, its not "tallow" smell. Very cheap perfume smell. Tasted also like I rubbed perfume on my lips - yuck! Color is not strong at all either. Is it moisturizing? Well, I had to rub it off because I couldn't stand the smell, so I can't answer that. Like supporting small businesses, but this is a major miss.
