I have been trying to find a replacement for my all time favorite moisturizer: Ren Overnight Balm. Ren has gone out of business. I thought this Herbivore gel cream was the answer but it has given me milia around my eyes. (Small white clogged cysts). I don't know what ingredient it is in this product...

I have been trying to find a replacement for my all time favorite moisturizer: Ren Overnight Balm. Ren has gone out of business. I thought this Herbivore gel cream was the answer but it has given me milia around my eyes. (Small white clogged cysts). I don't know what ingredient it is in this product that causes milia but I will have to stop using this moisturizer. Maybe it is the Tremella? This has been the only new product that I have tried recently so I know this is what is causing it. I have dry skin and need a good moisturizer. Ugh. I have the serum and will try that alone to see if it is any better. I do use an exfoliating toner so it is not from not cleaning thoroughly. I used the Ren balm for 6+ years with no milia. I gave tremella gel cream three stars because this might work for others- just not good for those prone to milia.
Amazing for oily skin
After 10 years of dealing with cystic acne and daily break outs, it was a relief to find this product. I'm a guy with very oily skin, living in a very humid area, and this moisturizer feels great.
