Feeling silky and glowing
I love my Peach and Lilly Velvet Silky Ointment. After suffering allergies and breakouts all summer and also battling menopause and the changes that come with that. I was advised to try this from an older sales person at the Ulata. And might I say"may her pillow always be cool". This has been a game changer for me and my skin. I have a glow like never before and it feels so hydrated.
Great for Dry Sensitive Skin
For starters I have dry, senstive skin with hormonal acne along my jaw line. I've used this product on and off for about 2 years now and always find myself coming back to it. The main reason that I always come back is that this ointment has never once burned my senstive skin. I am an avid skier and in the winter my skin get's very chaped and dry and this ointment is a game changer in keeping my skin hydrated in the winter months. If you have oily or acne prone skin, I think this would be way to greasy for you as it does take a bit to fully absorb and sometimes in warmer climates it never fully absorbs overnight. I can't attest to wearing this under make-up as I only use this in the evening before bed. If you're looking for a hydrating ointment that absorbs into the skin and is safe for senstive skin then I would recommend.
I absolutely love this product!
I use the Yuka app as my guideline for clean products because I have such sensitive skin. I've had such success with Peach & Lily products especially this one. I was skeptical at first since this is an ointment not a lotion. But it got 100 percent on Yuka so I tried it. Wow game changer! Skin looks glowy but not oily. It protects my skin and it looks great under makeup. Highly recommend!
Good but can clog pores
I really like how this felt when I applied it and thought it was a good amount of moisture without being too heavy but unfortunately it did clog my pores and caused a few breakouts . I have this problem very often so I think it's definitely worth a shot to get thid if this does not happen to you but if you break out easily from products on your face I would stay away.
I would buy this again
We loved it I have dry skin I put it on as a primer and it leaves my make up feel super hydrated and looking smooth 10/10 recommend
