What women's fragrance is best for sensitive noses?

For people who find strong scents overwhelming, lighter concentrations like eau de toilette or body mist tend to be easier to wear around others. Fresh, green, and aquatic scents generally project less than heavy florals, orientals, or gourmand fragrances. You can also look for alcohol-free or clean ingredient formulas, which are available within the Women's Fragrance collection using the Preferences filters.

How many sprays of perfume should I use?

Two to four sprays on pulse points (wrists, neck, inner elbows) is enough for most eau de parfum formulas. Less is needed for parfum concentrations, which are more potent. Eau de toilette and body mist can be applied more generously. Avoid rubbing your wrists together after applying, as this can break down the top notes faster than letting the fragrance settle naturally.
