Awful, useless
I was underwhelmed as soon as I took this out of the box. The device is much smaller than expected and feels cheaply made. According to the pamphlet, it requires 1.5 hours to charge and provides up to 2 hours of use. I fully charged it upon arrival, but it died after only a few minutes while trimming my arm hair. The motor sounded weak from the start and struggled to perform effectively. I charged it a second time, hoping the first charge was a fluke, but it sputtered, lost power again, and stopped working entirely. Extremely disappointing and nowhere near the performance advertised.
Honestly, way prettier in person than the photos!
I was looking for a trimmer that didn't look like an eyesore on my bathroom counter, and this LILA pearl pink is IT. The finish has this subtle shimmer that looks so expensive—not like that cheap, flat plastic you see on most shavers. It's got a nice weight to it, so it feels sturdy in my hand. I was a bit worried the ribbed design might be hard to clean, but it actually helps me keep a good grip in the shower. Overall, it's a total upgrade for my vanity!

What a disappointment
This trimmer stopped working after the first use! I charged it fully & it worked beautifully the first time. After i fully charged it again it would not turn on at all. This is such a disappointment. I bought a more expensive trimmer from Ulta thinking it would be more durable & a better quality. I saw similar ones on tik tok shop for $10 & i wish i would have bought one of those instead. Then i wouldnt be disappointed it stopped working after the first use & would have saved $30.
