Overall this eyeliner was beautiful and complimented my green eyes perfectly. I loved using it and will continue to use it. I loved the former gel eyeliner. The new eyeliner never worked - noone ever mentioned you needed to sharpen it - and when I did sharpen it, the point was either scratchy or flat. Therefore, I returned it and told the salesperson that it did not work. I miss the old gel eyeliner.

It works definitely! I have to admit I destroyed my own one to find out how it works. Pencil can be sharpened and I think it should be shown how to do it more clearly to avoid bad reviews in the future. I was so angry I couldn't wear it out and I needed to convince myself that product is still inside! So I need to explain this ones and for all, you have to just sharpen plastic end, thats all What a shame I had to destroy mine to solve this.

My usual BB eyeliner was sold out so I decided to try this. I do not recommend this. As another reviewer noted instead of being a twist up it is designed in a pencil form, but it is so soft it cannot actually be sharpened. Also, it is listed as High precision and that just isn't true. It is very thick and it is impossible to get a fine line.

Like others, I am quite disappointed with the new sharpen design. I was clumsy when removing the cap and lost the tip, and so was unable to recover this newly purchased eyeliner. Bummed to waste the money on this impractical new design.
Love it. In fact, I bought 3 more in different colors.
Love it. Goes on easy & stays on.
