I've tried several waterproof eyeliners, and this one is decent but not my favorite. The color goes on smoothly, but it can smudge a little throughout the day, especially if you have oily eyelids. Ulta sent me this free sample in exchange for my honest review. It glides smoothly, making it easy to apply. A nice dark brown color with good pigmentation. I'm not experienced with eyeliner but the stick made it easy to do cute little wings! Just wish it came with a sharpener, as it dulls quickly.

This has been my daily liner on just my waterline; and have received compliments of how good and pigmented it looks.
