Start with clean, dry skin free of lotions, oils, or powders.
Place each adhesive cup onto the breast, smoothing from bottom to top.
Clip the cups together at the center for desired lift and cleavage.
Press firmly to secure.
After wear, gently peel off and wash with mild soap and water.
Allow to air dry and store with protective film to maintain adhesiveness.
Do not use on irritated, sunburned, or broken skin. Avoid if you have known skin sensitivities or allergies to adhesives. Discontinue use immediately if redness, itching, or irritation occurs. Not recommended for use longer than 6--8 hours at a time. Do not apply lotions, oils, powders, or fragrances to the skin before use---this can affect adhesion and cause slippage. Remove gently and slowly to avoid discomfort. Keep away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight to preserve adhesive quality. Reusable only when cleaned and stored properly with protective film. Not intended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, unless approved by a physician. Keep out of reach of children.

Homecoming Lifesaver
Bought one for my daughter for Homecoming-worked great.

I got this bra in hopes to use it for the summer and after one or two days of doing almost nothing not even going in the water they became pretty much useless and barely work anymore.
Disappointed
If you sweat it will slide right off! I wore it twice and after that, it would no longer stick.
Boost and Lift: Without Surgery
Love these so much I bought extra to keep in case of an emergency! If wearing a plunge or strapless dress, these are a must to give the illusion of a breast lift. The visual is better than with a strapless bra that smashes out the bust and creates overhang near the armpits. Says they can be worn up to 20 times. I didn't get that many wears, but then again, I didn't follow the care instructions that closely.
Good bra in a pinch
Great bra for under dresses or fitted tops. I will say if you have a larger chest, like full C cups or larger, this may not be a good fit. But smaller chests it works great and stayed completely sticky on a hot June day for the wedding I attended.
